Chiken breast brochet with teriyaki sauce over a small lettuce and spinach salad with chardbroiled pineapple and sesame seeds.


Drunk Shrimp

   Shrimp soaked in white wine and beer plus brandy sauted with onion, garlic  and molcajete sauce served over a bed of rice.

          

SOUPS


Cold Tomatoe Soup     

   Fresh tomatoe with a touch of thyme red wine vinegar, celery, olive oil and  white bread with goat cheese.


Aztec treasures

   Cream  soup with two flavors of perubian beans and cream of corn

SALADS


Grill Salad

   Chardbroiled  fresh vegetables with fine herbs and olive oil crowned with slice of goat cheese and Italian dressing.


Tropical Salad

   fresh lettuce with supremes of grapefruit, oranges, shrimp and thin slices of almond and balsamic dressing.

Princess Chiken

    Chiken breast stuffed with spinach ,shrimp, goat cheese, carrots,red bell pepper breaded with panko, bathed with tamarindo sauce accompanied with mashed potatoe and vegetables.

   Chardbroiled with chili poblano sauce, with both sweet potatoe and white potatoes  served with vegetables
